According to wikipedia, procrastination refers to the act of replacing high-priority actions with tasks of lower priority, or doing something from which one derives enjoyment, and thus putting off important tasks to a later time. This has been an ongoing disorder ever since I can remember. If there is something that I can put off at a later date, or time, for that matter, why not?
So lately, napapansin ko, lalong dumadami ung mga bagay na pinu-put off ko. Like this blog, I really wanted to write about Geoff’s milestones, mga tips and tricks, and what nots. Sa work, I so wanted to do initiatives and such, sa bahay, naka tengga ang general cleaning, that includes replacing all curtains with cleaner ones. Christmas is almost here, so need na talaga mag linis.
On a personal basis, I have been putting off losing weight. I now gain more that what I weighed when I considered myself really fat before (parang anlabo..). Basta in short, I have never been thin, minsan lang nung talagang nag effort ako. So now, here are some of the things that I will do in order to lose some of this unwanted weight:
1. Drink plenty of water. Water therapy helps me stay full and not hungry all the time.
2. I’ll lay low on rice. Dapat 1 cup na lang for the whole day.
3. I will eat several small meals. No more one time big time na meals.
4. Exercise. I will start this once our TV, Pana, is fixed.
